Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to have an enlightening and positive experience and we are here to help if you are not completed satisfied with your purchase. Please give us the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues. However, due to the nature of our items no refunds will be accepted after purchase. You may request to exchange an item within seven days of delivery only on apparel and accessories. Candles, incense, and crystals cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the sensitive and spiritual aspect of each product.

Please contact us within seven days providing your order number, name used when placing the order and reason for the exchange.  

For all exchanges customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs and any products returned for an exchange must be undamaged. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value and will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to have your item ready to ship within two business days of receiving your order. You can select preferred shipping service and ship time at checkout. 

At LaMystic, getting your items to you safely is our top priority. We packafe each piece individually and with great care. Once an order leaves and is received by the carrier it is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package(s) may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local shipping carrier.

We currently offer shipping to U.S.A, Canada, and all other International locations. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
